On behalf of the Canadian Forces Housing Agency (CFHA), this letter is intended as reference for Carvery’s Construction Ltd.

Carvery’s Construction Ltd. has held maintenance Standing Offers with CFHA year after year since the inception of the agency in 1996 with emphasis on (but not limited to) painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and heating servicing and repairs. These Standing Offers have ranged in value from $500,000 to $2,000,000 over spans ranging from two to four years per contract.

As Acting Chief of Technical Services with CFHA I have direct dealings with the management, administration staff and certified trades staff at Carvery’s Construction Ltd. They consistently deliver work on time, on budget and in a professional manner while complying with all Occupational Health and Safety standards. They are well versed in the directives and demands of CFHA and are very adaptable to the ongoing changes required for a government maintenance contract.
