Carvery’s Snow Removal provided Snow Removal service starting in 2014 right up until the 2023-2024 season. They serviced several properties in the Metro area. Some the properties created problems due to difficult characteristics such as hills, slopes, drainage, but they were dealt with in a timely manner, when snow drifts and flash freezes presented a problem, the Carvery’s crew handled it promptly or gave a timeline on estimate time of arrival. One of NSPHA’S property is a special needs home, Carvery’s provides the extra care needed to keep this facility accessible. Our seniors were very happy with the service provided. Carvery’s was
prompt in clearing access to these properties during a snow event also did excellent ice control during freeze thaw events. Very few slips or falls were reported. Carvery’s response times were always within the contractual specifications. There are no major complaints on record for this company. Carvery’s crew were always polite to the seniors and created a great communication relationship with them when it came to moving cars from the parking lot to clear the snow. This in turn strengthens the NSPHA relationship. Horace Paving’s always adhere to a strict safety standard by having truck ready and equipment checks. All the crew were well qualified for the job that was presented to them. If there was an issue they communicated by phone, text or email so the problem could be rectified immediately. Carvery’s presented their paperwork on time and in the correct format. There were no problems with reporting or invoicing, they met the deadlines. NSPHA would be very happy to continue our relationship with Carvery’s knowing that our Seniors will be well looked after in a safe environment.
